1. Formulate and implement product mechanical plans to ensure the rationality of design, process and cost;

2. Carry out calculation, modeling and drawing of product design selection and performance requirements;

3. Able to select and calculate motors, and be familiar with various transmissions.

4. Familiar with mechanical principles, mechanics and kinematic analysis;

5. Able to work independently and work meticulously and conscientiously;

6. Have excellent problem analysis and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills and teamwork spirit; be familiar with structural strength calculation, stress analysis, and be good at structural simulation;

7. Familiar with the mechanism design of micro motor products;
